John George, MS, N.H.A.

President and CEO

John brings nearly 30 years of experience in healthcare administration to his role at Franciscan Shore.
He works with new residents and their families as they seek information about assisted living and
long-term care, and as they get settled in their new surroundings.

In his role, John oversees the nursing department, dietary services, transportation, I.T., facilities, recreation therapy, and housekeeping.

He holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Cardinal Stritch College.

John’s philosophy is to support the teams that deliver quality services to residents, and to inspire them
to be compassionate caregivers who reach for excellence in all interactions with those they serve. 

He loves to travel and has visited many countries around the world. His favorite city is Budapest, Hungary.
